Randy Miller
Randy has been engaged in governmental and international regulatory matters for over thirty years. For 18 years he was an attorney in
the international practice of Hogan
& Hartson, where he headed the International Group, founded the firm's office in Brussels, Belgium, and represented multinational corporations in trade and international regulatory matters. Randy served as an adjunct professor
at Georgetown University Law Center from 2003 to 2006, and served as Policy Director to Senator Robert
Dole in the early 1980s.
Randy graduated from Yale University
in 1976 and Georgetown
Law School in 1982. He founded World Bureau in 2000.
Julie Sauder Miller
Julie Sauder Miller is managing director of The World Bureau. Earlier in her career, she was an aide to a U.S. Senator and a vice president in the commercial lending division of First American Bank. She received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, an MBA in finance and investment from George Washington University, and completed an executive management program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. She has been active with a number of community organizations in Washington and Brussels, Belgium.
